Mediation or decision-making by independent experts
If you are one of the parties to a commercial dispute (over CZK 1 million) and both parties are interested in reaching an agreement, we can connect you with experts from HST member organizations who can help you mediate the dispute. The mediation rules of the Swiss Arbitration Center can be used www.swissarbitration.org.
Disputes may also be resolved through an ad hoc panel of independent experts – the so-called „Arbitration Panel“ – to obtain independent and non-binding advice and decisions related to the dispute.
Arbitration – In the case of a business dispute
In the case of a business dispute, you and the other party can also decide to resolve the dispute through arbitration, i.e. out-of-court proceedings.
