Mr Richard Kapsa has joined the Board of HST as a new member.
Richard brings extensive experience in corporate governance, strategic communication, and leadership, gained over more than two decades across the insurance and biotech sectors.
He is a graduate of the Faculty of International Relations at the University of Economics in Prague. Throughout his career, Richard has held a number of senior management roles, including positions at Česká pojišťovna and Generali PPF Holding, and has been actively involved in professional associations and foundations.
Richard has been part of SOTIO since 2013 and currently serves as Chairman of the Board of Directors, General Secretary, and Head of Communication. He is also a member of the Supervisory Board of the Men Against Cancer Foundation, reflecting his long-term commitment to socially impactful initiatives.
Richard joins the Board of HST, replacing Pavel Solský, whom we would like to sincerely thank for his contribution and dedication.
