Disputes may also be resolved through an ad hoc panel of independent experts – the so-called “Arbitration Panel” – to obtain independent and non-binding advice and decisions related to the dispute.
In the case of a business dispute, you and the other party can also decide to resolve the dispute through arbitration, i.e. out-of-court proceedings.
